Most Commonly Asked Questions:

Minimum apparel order is 12 pieces of the identical item. You may mix the sizes. This applies to embroidered and screen printed items. Minimums of promotional products vary depending on the specific item. This information can be found in your catalog or on the Logos Express website.

Quantity price breaks are at 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, 144, 216, 288, 500, 800, 1000, & 2000 pieces.

Sizes small through extra large are all the same price. On tee shirts, XXLs are $1 more, XXXLs are $2 more etc. ($1 additional per “X”). For polos, dress shirts, and sweatshirts XXLs are $2 more, and $1 for additional “X”.

Not all products are made in all colors and sizes; please check your catalog and color swatches for color and size availability.

Production time - Apparel: Artwork: a color proof will be emailed to you within two business days. Garments: your printed garment will be shipped to the salesperson within 3 to 4 days following artwork approval.

Production time – Advertising Specialty Items: Artwork: a color proof will be emailed to you within two business days. Products: production time for individual items will be listed in the catalog or on our website.

When a shirt order approaches a price break, it may be cheaper to buy at the price break rather than just below it. Example – it may be cheaper to buy 36 shirts than to buy 34 shirts.

Ink colors/Thread colors come in all your standard colors (red, royal blue, yellow, etc…)

If you need an ink color other than our standard colors, we can custom mix it. Color matches are not guaranteed to be exact, and are $15 per color.

Art Charges – Design work is generally included in the price of the garment. If we have to do multiple designs for a customer to choose from, there will be additional art charges. Art is billed at $35 per hour.

Artwork – You customer may supply you with usable art, or may need us to help create it from their ideas.

Internet Communication – Any time you have questions, it is best to do this via email. You can also email or fax artwork requests. That email address is artwork@logosexpress.com. The fax number is (317) 272-3750.

Rush Service – We will generally try to accommodate your customers’ needs if at all possible. We do not charge rush charges for screen printed or embroidered apparel. Your advertising specialty catalog may offer rush services for a fee. Please read all instructions carefully.

Payment Information – All orders must be paid in advance by credit card or check. Please have your customer make checks payable to Logos Express. When using a credit card you will need to include the name as it appears on the card as well as the expiration date. If a dealer would like to pay using their own credit card, then collect from their customer, this is also an option.

Your sponsor is your main source for answering any questions you may have.

Commission – Commission checks are sent out every two weeks.

Placing an order – Orders are placed through the Logos Express website.

Artwork approvals – Once your art has been sent to you, you can then forward it along to your customer for their approval on all aspects, including spelling, print size, print location, etc.
